You may have seen this aerial drawing of Manhattan before on any number of New York based web pages, but we found a very high-resolution scan of it that let's you see the hand-drawn details in all of it's glory. The lithograph was made by George Schlegel in 1873 and published by George Degen. It's well worth the large download to be able to zoom in on the intricate details of the piece, viewing the City as it was in 1873.
