British sculpture and installation artist Cornelia Parker was tapped for this season's Metropolitan Museum rooftop installation, re-creating the iconic two-story house from Alfred Hitchcock's classic 1960 thriller Psycho.
This spring, British artist Cornelia Parker will create a site-specific installation atop The Met's Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Roof Garden. The installation will be the fourth in a series of commissions created specifically for the outdoor space.
See the 'Psycho' house installation on The Met rooftop during normal museum hours until (fittingly) October 31st.
