NYC Bodypainting Day is an annual event in the City that's more than just nudity, it's about artists sharing their vision with the public and it’s about ordinary people offering up their bodies for the sake of art and allowing the world to see them in their most vulnerable state.
This year's event will take place tomorrow, July 18th at the Dag Hammarskjold Plaza from noon till 4pm, with events to follow:
- The painting will take place from noon to 4pm at Dag Hammarskjold Plaza (47th St at 2nd Ave)
- Followed by a naked march to the United Nations, 4pm-5pm.
- Followed by 2 Double-Decker Buses around the City (artists and models only).
- Followed by a private after-party from 7pm to 9pm at No Malice Palace, 197 E. 3rd Street (Artists, models, VIP’s only).
