Following up on part 1, this additional vintage film from 1928 shows a collection of street scenes all around Manhattan, with sound. It was recently restored and uploaded by YouTuber and historian Guy Jones.
Collection of everyday scenes in New York City, USA in the year 1928. These films were taken with the early Movietone sound cameras. Condensed the footage and worked on sound. There are a couple pieces from late 1927 when Movietone started, but this is basically the earliest sound footage of New York City
