dOGUMENTA is a cool new art gallery presented by Arts Brookfield that is coming to Brookfield Place this summer and is calling itself America's first art show for dogs.

Not of or by dogs, but for dogs. The untapped audience is massive: Canines live in a staggering 47% of American homes -- that's 80 million pups hungry for culture. dOGUMENTA offers an unprecedented opportunity for the creative community to engage with a new breed of art lover and to consider its concerns, interests and worldview. Our pups give us so much. Isn't it time we gave back?

The gallery will be open only for three days on August 11th through 13th, so mark your calendars now!

The color red is not visible to a dog's eyes, however this didn't stop Rocky from an interest in the surface and textures of this Elliott Hundley painting on view at Andrea Rosen Gallery.
