Local real-estate firm City Realty regularly puts out market insight reports about real-estate values in the City.
In a recent comical report, the firm compared the homes that the top-paid Major League Baseball All-Stars could afford here in the City, versus what they could buy in ther team's respective cities.
The results are predictable because the rent is too damn high, but the most drastic difference is perhaps the Detroit Lions' David Price who makes $19.8 million dollars a year, and could buy 314 average priced homes in Detroit for that sum.
