This Saturday, September 23rd, 2017, Smithsonian Magazine is hosting its annual Museum Day Live! event in which you can gain access to over 1,000 museums for free nation-wide. In the New York City Metro area alone there are 25 museums to visit, with locations all over Manhattan, in The Bronx, and on Staten Island.
Museum Day Live! is an annual celebration of boundless curiosity hosted by Smithsonian magazine. Participating museums and cultural institutions across the country provide entry to anyone presenting a Museum Day Live! ticket.
Check the event page to find participating museum, download a free ticket, then head to the museum on Saturday!
