Celebrity pastry chef Dominique Ansel is celebrating 15 years of his celebrated Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City by releasing an interesting collection of NYC-themed pastries available for a short time.

We’re celebrating […] with our New York Collection, 9 new pastries inspired by all the things we love about NYC - from a Bodega Coffee Tiramisu to an Everything Bagel & Schmear Pavlova, a Central Park-inspired chocolate hazelnut acorn, éclairs bearing our Spring Spring home printed on chocolate, and more.
The limited edition pastries will be available for the entire summer though Labor Day, September 2nd, at the SoHo bakery.
