New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo recently signed legislation colloquially known as the "Brunch Bill" which reverses a old religious-based law that prevented the sale of alcohol on Sunday mornings. Signed into law yesterday, this bill
permits the state’s restaurants and bars to start selling alcohol at 10 a.m. on Sundays, giving drinkers two more hours to imbibe.
Now, the bottomless brunch crowd — you know who you are — can get an extra two hours in!
