Last time we heard about 21 Greenpoint, it was because the owner's dad was creating a frenzy by bartending for two nights after just opening. That owners dad / bartender was the one-and-only Bill Murray. Unfortunately, this latest news isn't Bill Murray related, but it is pizza-related so that's pretty close.
At 21 Greenpoint, chef Sean Telo's baking up special pies for the restaurant's happy hour on Tuesday - Friday from 6 - 8 p.m. Stop by for special star-shaped pizzas with a cheese stuffed-crust topped with meat and hot peppers. The pie plus a glass of house beer or wine will set you back $15.
Yep, get this Instagram-worthy, star-shaped pizza at 21 Greenpoint's bar during happy hour on Tuesday through Friday. Maybe you will see Bill Murray eating one…
