Celebrity chef and cooking show host Ben Sargent has a comical alter-ego called Dr. Klaw that is akin to Sacha Baron Cohen's Ali G character.
Dr. Klaw runs around NYC on a custom made Lobster-motorcycle, hawking the freshest-of-the-fresh Maine Lobster rolls - without license, permits, inspections, taxes or anything else that would make it legal to do so. He has been busted before, but this Kickstarter campaign seeks to bring back the Klaw!
