The data team at Property Club recently analyzed their data in order to find out which neighborhoods around New York City have the largest share of millennials. It turns out that most of them are in Manhattan, not Brooklyn. Here are some key takeaways:
• Financial District's 10005 leads our ranking, boasting a 67% Millennial share.
• 7 of the top 10 millennial hotspots in New York City are in Manhattan.
• LIC's 11109 is primarily dominated by the 20 to 39 age group
