We already know that New York City is the one of, if not the best City in the world for food, but is it the best for coffee too? Ed Kaufmann, from Joe Coffee's roasting facility in Red Hook thinks so, and he knows what he is talking about. Kaufmann previously roasted beans for Cafe Grumpy and Stumptown, and now works as Director of Roasting at Joe.
