Take one professional chef, five surprise ingredients, a dash of culinary creativity, and voila — you’ve got Chef Roulette! This series pairs the city’s hottest chefs with the most eclectic food finds to create nosh-worthy grub for adventurous foodies.
Episode 2 just came out and features Chef John Keller from Cherry Izakaya using ingredients like okra, squash blossoms, candy cane beets, watercress and duck.
