The NYC Bullet Map is a comprehensive map of the NYC subway and bus transit systems, one of the first to combine the two systems on a single map.
NYC Subway and Buses together, in a beautiful, single map. Millions of NYC residents live beyond a 15 minute walk to a subway station. Hundreds of thousands of people start their commute by boarding a bus and then transferring to the subway. This is a map for us.
To help convert the useful map into an app, creator Anthony Denaro has launched a Kickstarter campaign to try and raise $8,000 towards its development.
This initial app will be a simple, interactive way to navigate around all 5 boroughs. With funding, we'll continue to add different map layers relevant to riders. These may include Accessibility & Step-less Access maps to help those with mobility issues, weekly Planned Service Changes and car-share and bike-share operational areas.
