Head on over to Arrogant Swine this Sunday and you will be one of the first to sample
their new Brunch Menu. Bushwick Daily got a sneak peek at the menu:
- Whole hog waffle sliders with eggs
- Eggs and steakhouse slab bacon on Mac & Cheese waffle Carolina naptime – 1/2lb whole hog sandwich + fried egg
- Banana pudding waffle – Rum syrup, homemade pudding and caramelized bananas
- Arrogant Monte Cristo – Orange french toast, pit smoked turkey, whole hog, and swiss
- The Bushwick lumberjack – 2 eggs, Sausage ring, Sweet potato waffle with Bourbon maple syrup
They are also reporting that free Bloody Mary's will be given out to brunch-goers. Well done
