While walking around topless as a woman may be criminalized in most parts on the country, most people are unaware that it is perfectly legal to do so in New York City.
As a result, there are many forms of activism that take place such as the Free the Nipple campaign which seek to desexualize the breast, and allow free exposure of the female nipple wherever it is allowed for men to be exposed (hint, just about everywhere).
This short teaser from contemporary erotic photography website Hegre-Art [NSFW] features one of the site's models walking around Manhattan and participating in everyday activities to help raise awareness for the campaign.
In the land of the free, bare breasts will get you handcuffed – and not in the way you would hope. So the "Free the Nipple" movement was created. In support of this much needed revolution, Petter Hegre and his model Emily took her gorgeous gals around town and started the NYC Nude City Guide.
