Upright Citizen Brigade comedian and writer Jackie Jennings has created a new web-series called Neighbors in which she is seemingly the only sane resident in an apartment building full of marginally insane neighbors. Each short episode focuses on a specific interaction she and a neighbor has. Unless you own an entire brownstone, chances are you have had an NYC encounter like this with one of your neighbors before.
