No Bread NYC, a New Website That Filters Restaurant Menus for a Gluten-Free Diet

5 years ago, Nicole Cogan started an Instagram account called nobreadnyc in which she documented gluten-free menu items from around the City. The account grew and grew, grabbing more followers interested her bread-less findings, so that's when Cogan decided to create a website around the idea. No Bread NYC has the same mission of helping people suffering from gluten allergies and sensitivities, but allows more powerful tools to help. One of the more popular tools on the site is a menu-filter button that instantly converts a gluten-full menu into just the selections which are gluten-free.

Check out No Bread NYC if your are gluten-free and living in the City.
