This new video from cheap meat purveyors Oscar Meyer is attempting to sell you on their protein products by showing you how these New Yorkers fall for a fake fitness class called friq.
The 30-minute workout routine, called FRIQ, is meant to poke fun at fitness trends like SoulCycle and CityRow. Led by an instructor named Brian but pronounced Bree-an, the class gets more ridiculous as it goes on — participants are made to slow dance with imaginary partners, wrap themselves in bubble wrap and roll around on the floor and, to cap it all off, drink a questionable looking goop of unknown ingredients.
I would never try one of those unidentifiable protein packs, but watching the prank is pretty funny.
