Yesterday, a brand new piece of Banksy street art appeared on the northwest corner of 14th Street and 6th Avenue, inside of a clock on the old post office. The art features a rat running on the interior of the clock as if it were a hamster wheel. Could this mean that Banksy is back for another month-long residence in New York City? We certainly hope so!
