Real estate firm StreetEasy recently crunched some numbers on vacancy rates, median rental prices and other trends to determine which City neighborhoods are expected to boom in the coming year.
StreetEasy’s annual list of the city’s hottest neighborhoods is a reflection of where New York apartment shoppers are expected to turn their attention in the coming year. Queens will see a surge of new demand in 2016, according to the StreetEasy Hot Market Index, which ranks all of the city’s neighborhoods using a series of key performance indicators.
