Dirt Candy is one of the only Michelin "Bib Gourmand" vegetarian restaurants in America. It has had a ton of press and reviews calling it the best thing since sliced beets, and it's head chef, Amanda Cohen, was the first vegetarian chef to appear on Iron Chef.
