Opening tomorrow, August 16th, The Last Word is a new speakeasy tucked away behind a secret curtain inside a hardware store in Astoria, Queens.
A vet of speakeasy-esque spot Raines Law Room (Padraig O’Brien) and the owner of the Maiella restaurant (Tommy Demaras) are opening the bar, doing craft cocktails and light bites behind the velvet curtain.
A collection of craft cocktails will be served with special ice cubes, branded with the name of the bar on them. If enjoy cocktails with your hardware, be sure to check it out!
