Find Roommates, Not Strangers. The Room Ring, the roommate matching service, creates a hassle free environment where users can find their ideal living situation. We leverage your social circle to meet the right roommate the first time without having to deal with strangers.
Once you set it up, you can search for a place, search for a roommate, or list an availability easily. The site pulls basic info from Facebook to setup your profile, and lets you customize anything you want.
The Room Ring is currently a little light in the availabilities, but the site only launched this week. Give them a little time to get the word out, then I see this being an essential tool for every NYC roommate hunt.
