New York City performance artist Nigel 'Docta Gel' Dunkley is a comedian and ventriloquist who brings life to Cindy Hot Chocolate, the twerking puppet above. As with most subway buskers, Cindy's acts are usually only a few minutes long, and she is not shy about asking for some hard earned cash for her efforts.
