An interesting blog titled SlopArt features surprisingly beautiful photos of the bottom of an unspecified Park Slope restaurant slop bucket. It is an experiment by photographer and part-time waitress Alyssa Blumstein, who sometimes waits tables in the restaurant. Every day she photographs the kitchen's slop bucket, calling it "an appreciation of fine slop from your friendly NYC waitstaff."
