As nearly every runner wears some sort of GPS tracking device for speed monitoring, there are plenty of tools to help runners visualize where they have been. People quickly learned that you can "draw" on the earth using lines created by paths that you traverse, and there are several websites around that show off these GPS artworks. Local runner Michael Ring and his friend Linus recently found a perfect way to celebrate Hanukkah by running a menorah—complete with lit flames—on the curved streets of Rego Park, Queens.
