In this short video from the Associated Press, take a peek inside the City's first micro-apartment complex, consisting of 55 tiny apartments that range from 260 to 360 square feet for about $2k to $3k a month in rent.
The apartments in a new Manhattan building boast little balconies, tall ceilings, dishwashers and storage space. All in 360 square feet or less. It marks the city’s first experiment in decades with building super-small dwellings.
