Using data from NYPD precinct reports, the NYC Crime Map is a great way to see how safe your neighborhood really is.
The map shows the number of crimes per 1,000 residents in a precinct area, which are mostly organized by neighborhoods borders. The safest areas in the City have fewer than 1.3856 crimes per 1k residents, while the most dangerous have up to 10.8954.
