Time Video got an exclusive peek at the last days of Michelin-rated Manhattan restaurant WD~50, one of, if not the first molecular gastronomy restaurants in the scene. The restaurant closed
permanently on November 30th due to the future development of a new condominium building. On WD~50's website, they have some heartfelt final words.
We thank our guests for their continued support these past eleven years and look forward to welcoming you as we celebrate.
You can still visit Master Chef Wylie Dufresne's second restaurant Alder in the East Village.
