1 West End Ave is a new 42-story tower being built by Silverstein Properties in the Lincoln Square area of the Upper West Side.
While the tower is not slated to finish until 2017, construction is well under way with about 20 floors already erected.
Here is an updated rendering of what 1 West End Ave will look like when completed.
