If you have ever walked along Dumbo's East River shoreline, you've probably noticed the beautiful, yet run down brick building which used to host an old coffee warehouse decades ago. The building recently underwent a massive restoration, preserving most of the original details in the century old warehouse.
One of the building's first tenants is retailer West Elm, who opened their 100th location there, as well as moved their headquarters to the building.
From old coffee warehouse to a gorgeous West Elm.
