Confetti rained down today in Times Square — a small test of what’s to come on New Year’s Eve.
Representatives from the Times Square Alliance and Countdown Entertainment released the confetti from the Hard Rock Cafe marquee. People from all over the world were asked to submit their New Year’s Eve wishes to be written on a piece of confetti that will be released on New Year’s Eve in Times Square.
