NYC/LA based filmmaker Roberto Serrini recently visited the 5 oldest bars (disputed) in New York City, then made this entertaining video documenting each place.
One day I had a camera a few friends willing to day drink with me as we rolled into the 5 oldest bars in NYC. Full of ghosts, gimlets, and guys buried behind the bar. Guaranteed good time.
The 5 bars Serrini visited were:
- PJ Clarkes (1884)
- Bridge Cafe (1794)
- Fraunce's Tavern (1719)
- Pete's Tavern (1864)
- McSorely's (1862)
