This past weekend, the "Burning Man-esque" Elements Music and Arts Festival returned to Red Hook for its 2nd year. The lineup featured stars like electro-funk DJ and Brooklyn local Gramatik along with other heavy hitters like Mija, Claptone, and Opiou.
