Brooklyn's Mr. Reed is a hip-hop/soul performer and songwriter who mostly plays solo with just his voice and his drums at local shows, and on subway platforms throughout the City.
We've posted about Mr. Reed before, sharing his amazing performance on a French castle, and here is another great video created by local filmmaker and producer Luis Carducci on the Bedford station platform.
My friends and I were walking in Williamsburg one afternoon when we saw Mr. Reed on the subway platform at Bedford Station. I happened to have my camera with me that day (luckily, because I usually don't carry my camera) and I started shooting. This is a match-up of different things Mr. Reed played. An amazing guy, he talked to my drummer friends and was extremely humble.
