This touching video made by the New York City Rescue Mission asks the question Have the Homeless Become Invisible?. To point out the callousness of our everyday commutes, the shelter took family members of average New Yorkers and placed them in costume on the street.
Surely the passing New Yorkers would recognize their own family, right? Would you?
In this social experiment, unsuspecting people walked by relatives pretending to be homeless. Would they notice their family members? Or have the homeless become invisible?
